Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original box.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment and notify you once it arrives at our warehouse.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After a quality inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, or your new exchange items will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.
